This report contains three recommendations to help strengthen the implementation of USAID’s Strengthening Civil Society in Ukraine project. The primary goal of USAID's Strengthening Civil Society in Ukraine's project is to "strengthen and assist leading pro-reform Ukrainian NGOs to sustain and consolidate democratic gains."
