Position Summary:

MSI is currently seeking candidates for Chief of Party Roles for several upcoming M&E support projects. The COP will be responsible for providing overall leadership management of the entire program, as well as administrative, financial and technical oversight. S/he will be responsible for ensuring the completion of all tasks and objectives designated by the client.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten years of experiencing managing projects in developing countries.
  • Experience managing M&E programs. Project management experience in East and/or West Africa or LAC region preferred. Post-conflict environment experience is desired.
  • Strong technical expertise in leading evaluations and overseeing monitoring activities.
  •  An advanced degree in international development, monitoring and evaluation, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated writing and presentation ability.
  • A proven ability to successfully lead an intercultural team in a development context.
  • Fluency in a second language such as French or Spanish strongly preferred.
